Your Role:

The Store Operations Intern will support projects focused on developing omnichannel capabilities and creating a roadmap for Local Market Partners. This role will also involve organizing files and evaluating tools on the intranet and shared portal to ensure they meet current business needs.

Your Impact:

• Assist with projects related to omnichannel by documenting processes and procedures for domestic omnichannel capabilities.
• Spend time in domestic stores to gain an understanding of omnichannel operations.
• Capture omnichannel capabilities by Local Market Partner and help establish a roadmap for future improvements.
• Assist with intranet and portal projects by assessing tools and documents to ensure relevance, reorganizing them as necessary.
• Support daily communication and tasks related to learning and development, as well as operational activities.

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Your Experience:

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and strong attention to detail
• Ability to assist with complex projects
• Store Operations and stores experience preferred
