Your Role:

Come learn with us Summer 2025 as a Total Rewards, People Analytics Intern. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented intern who is quantitatively oriented to join the Total Rewards, People Services and Technology Team at Victoria’s Secret & Co.

This internship offers hands-on experience solving business problems and getting to understand what a career in Total Rewards entails. This would be a 12-week role with a 4-week rotation through each discipline (Compensation, Benefits and HR Analytics).

Your Impact:

Compensation Rotation

• Conduct and participate in local and national compensation surveys.
• Analyze job content to determine appropriate pay grades using market pricing balanced with internal equity.
• Assist with the review of structures & job grades for various areas of the business.
• Perform general reporting & analytics in support of the HR Department.

Benefits Rotation

• Learn the ins and outs of evaluating vendors by participating in a request for proposal (RFP) process.
• Work on a project related to benefits cost forecasting.

Analytics Rotation

• Partner with the Analytics team on the creation of HR Scorecards. In addition to selecting key performance indicators for the health of our culture, spend time digging a bit deeper to see if you can find causality for areas in which we are exceling or lagging.

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Your Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
