About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics. This role will own procurement, forecasting, inventory control, and logistics processes while building scalable systems to support company growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end supply chain processes, managing operations from supplier sourcing to final delivery
• Lead supplier negotiations, pricing discussions, contract management, and vendor onboarding to ensure competitive costs and favorable terms
• Develop and execute demand forecasting and order planning aligned with sales targets
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock
• Set up and coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers and manufacturers
• Monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics (cost, lead time, fill rate, etc.)
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business needs
• Manage day-to-day operational issues such as delays, shortages, and urgent orders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 6–8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (preferably in FMCG, retail, trading, or distribution)
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation and vendor management
• Strong background in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and order management
• Experience handling logistics and distribution operations
• Familiarity with local and/or international sourcing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (ERP experience is an advantage)
• Exposure to importation, customs, or freight coordination
• Experience setting up or improving supply chain processes in a startup or growing company is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
