Shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM - UK Time (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting teams, handling varied tasks, and contributing to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team and management.


  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.


  • Assist with email management, data entry, and file organization.


  • Support internal operations, including tracking tasks and updating internal systems.


  • Handle inquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.


  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support daily operations.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative, support, or virtual assistant roles preferred.


  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.


  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.


  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.


  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.


  • Must be able to work UK hours (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time).
