• Join our Global PwC "Sustainable workforce" community, through which we build knowledge, share capabilities and coordinate global initiatives.
• Support our clients to understand their current and future people and organisation needs, supporting the delivery of end-to-end projects, from design through to implementation, working closely with client stakeholders and other PwC team members.
• Support on client engagements across a diverse range of people and organisation topics, e.g. diversity and inclusion, people sustainability, pay equity and transparency, talent attraction and retention through EVP, efficient HR operation and transformation.
• Prepare client events to engage the Swiss market on topics relating to "Sustainable workforce"
Support business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.

Your Skill Set

• A bachelor or master's degree (in a field related to HR or organizational psychology a plus).
• Excellent command of German and English.
• Digitally versed and experienced in the use of technology and data.
• Disciplined, highly analytical and a natural problem solver who challenges the status quo.
• High emotional intelligence, with strong communication and relationship management skills
