About the role
At Reckitt, people drive our purpose. As our Talent Acquisition Advisor for Central Europe, you will shape hiring across the DACH region and the Nordics, partnering with R&D, Commercial and Operations teams. Based in Heidelberg, you will operate at the intersection of innovation, business performance and people impact.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle across R&D, Commercial & Operations in DACH & Nordics, ensuring quality, speed and strategic alignment.
- Act as a trusted business partner to leaders, advising, challenging, and influencing hiring decisions through market insights.
- Develop sourcing strategies and build strong pipelines across assigned markets, attracting top passive talent.
- Deliver a premium candidate experience, ensuring transparent, human and engaging interactions at every stage.
- Support cross-regional TA initiatives including early career, employer branding
The experience we're looking for
- Strong experience (5+ years) in end-to-end recruitment in international or matrix environments.
- Proven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent sourcing capabilities and understanding of competitive markets.
- Fluent German (mandatory) and fluent English.
- Experience recruiting for R&D, commercial or industrial functions is appreciated.
