The Opportunity:
Your role at Sephora:
Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, FSC, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment and hiring process by assisting the Talent Acquisition team's administrative tasks including helping to coordinate interviews, handling relocation processes, running monthly reports to support data analysis for the team, creating and managing purchase orders and invoices, and supporting our immigration team to ensure smooth recruiting operations.
- Assist Talent Partners as needed in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, including in person interviews. Booking conference rooms, creating day of agenda and interview team profiles.
- Act as main point of contact to internal Talent Partners on relocation processing for both internal and external candidates, including tracking expenses, submitting POs and keeping detailed account of invoices received for the TA cost center.
- Assist with formatting job postings and maintaining accurate records of posted job advertisements. Convert internal job descriptions to external job advertisements with a great level of time sensitivity to ensure the posting process is accurate and efficient.
- Supporting the onboarding process fornew hires by ensuring hiring managers have completed necessary steps to welcome their new hire; i.e. confirming submittal of tickets for desk space, equipment ordering, software access, etc.
- Participating in preparation and day of activities for recruiting events on campus and with community partners.
- Assist with documentation organization, Sharepoint site updates, and adhoc admin requests as needed by the team.
- Manage all contract conversion activities across all business units.
- Assist with screening potential candidates and sourcing candidates for future pipeline of talent based on business needs.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong interest in Human Resources
- 2-3 year's experience in a customer service related field preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal sills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
The target hourly pay for this position is $30.00 - $34.60 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
