What you'll be doing:
Responsible for managing recruitment activities across multiple markets in APAC and providing occasional support on global hiring initiatives. The role covers the full recruitment cycle from job requisition (JR) approval through to pre-employment onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with business needs. The Talent Acquisition Partner also contributes to employer branding and process improvements and optimizes the use of Workday as an applicant tracking system (ATS) in order to drive efficiency and improve outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
1.Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple markets and all organizational levels, from entry-level to executive positions
2.Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines: source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including direct sourcing, job boards, and social media.
3.Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates. Train managers on recruitment process.
4.Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events; ensure consistency across markets.
5.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
6.Work collaboratively with people teams across different regions to ensure alignment of recruitment practices with organizational goals and compliance with local regulations.
7.Ensure that all recruitment activities are properly tracked and documented in Workday, adhering to established protocols and data accuracy standards.
8.Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring performance
9.Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process
10.Maintain and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; identify and recommend improvements to recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
11.Participate in talent-related projects and initiatives beyond recruitment, as required by the organization.
12.Support the local People team with Training & Engagement activities on a project basis.
