Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Create job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Setup and conduct skill test for candidates on Dicecamp Platform
- Schedule and confirm live coding challenge and interviews with shortlisted applicants
- Answer candidate’s questions and concerns regarding the company structure, working conditions, and details regarding the role they are applying for
- Conduct background and reference checks for selected candidates
- Draft offer letters for new employees
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including skill test reports, interview notes, technical evaluation recording and pre-vetted reports, to share with key stakeholders
Required skills and qualifications
- Fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience in a junior HR role will be considered a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Rs20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
