Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Create job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• Setup and conduct skill test for candidates on Dicecamp Platform
• Schedule and confirm live coding challenge and interviews with shortlisted applicants
• Answer candidate’s questions and concerns regarding the company structure, working conditions, and details regarding the role they are applying for
• Conduct background and reference checks for selected candidates
• Draft offer letters for new employees
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including skill test reports, interview notes, technical evaluation recording and pre-vetted reports, to share with key stakeholders

Required skills and qualifications

• Fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Experience in a junior HR role will be considered a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Rs20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
