Talent Network (Engineering Roles)

Equilibrium designs & builds core infrastructure for the decentralized web. We are focused on hard engineering problems around security, privacy, and scaling of blockchain-based cloud infrastructure. While we love to experiment and launch products & technologies of our own, we also partner with leading builders such as Aleo, Starknet, Solana, and Avail to help accelerate their development.

Our teams are self-organizing; they design their processes and choose their tools. We understand that each team and each project has different needs. We trust our teams to deliver and let them execute project deliverables the way they believe is best.

The Talent Network is a curated community of freelance blockchain engineers who work on client projects alongside our core team. Every project is led by an EQ Core engineer — you contribute your expertise, we handle the client relationship, project structure, and all the overhead that gets in the way of real engineering work.

What you get

  • Top-tier projects — Work with leading blockchain protocols on hard infrastructure problems

  • Real team support — An EQ Core engineer leads every project. You're never alone.

  • Zero overhead — We handle sales, contracts, and client relationships. You focus on code.

  • Full flexibility — Take projects that fit. Say no when you're busy.

  • A network worth joining — Private Slack community with vetted engineers, project updates, and industry insights
