Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Tattoo Artist to join our vibrant new studio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic background, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety. As a Tattoo Artist, you will create custom designs, work directly with clients to bring their visions to life, and contribute to a welcoming and creative environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your artistic talents while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

• Design and execute high-quality tattoos based on client specifications and artistic standards
• Consult with clients to understand their ideas, offer suggestions, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a sterile and sanitized work environment in compliance with health regulations
• Manage appointment scheduling, store operations, and inventory of supplies
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures and address any concerns or questions
• Stay updated on current tattoo trends, techniques, and safety protocols
• Assist in store management tasks as needed, including marketing efforts and customer engagement
• Uphold professional standards of communication and customer service at all times

Experience

• Proven experience in tattooing with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles and techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety regulations within the tattoo industry
• Strong illustration skills with an eye for detail, color theory, and design composition
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
• Ability to manage store operations effectively, including sales and customer relations
• First aid certification, BBP and CPR certification required
• Prior experience in a tattoo shop would be ideal, not seeking an apprentic at this time.

Pay: $48,317.98 per year
