Tax Partner

A leading and most progressive Accounting, Audit & Tax practice based along the M50 are currently looking to recruit an experienced, innovative and career focused Tax Advisor to oversee the firms Tax department on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to thrive in a role that can include a profit share incentivization arrangement. The successful candidate will have specific responsibility for the following:

- Manage the provision, production and review of tax services to a challenging and varied client portfolio of companies including international clients;

- Researching and resolving technical queries from clients;

- Building, maintaining and enhancing strong relationships with clients and providing a high standard of client service;

- Providing practical, value for money solutions to clients across all relevant tax heads;

- Advising on Irish domestic and international tax matters;

- Coordinating and working with international associate firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives;

- Acting as a point of contact with Revenue on all tax issues and leading all Revenue intervention and audit cases for the practice;

- Contributing to the development of technical knowledge of the office;

- Provide mentoring to other team members to ensure standards are maintained throughout the entire engagement process;

- Identifying client needs and new business opportunities within client organisations;

- Develop and grow the firm’s client portfolio;

- Partake in client fee negotiation;

- Maintain a high quality of work and consistently adhere to relevant professional standards.

The successful candidate must have at least five years practice experience as well as being clearly able to demonstrate a drive and passion to play a key role in the further, significant development of the firm in the short term.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €100,000.00-€150,000.00 per year
