Tax Preparer And Accounting Clerk, Bilingual In English And Chinese Req.

We are looking for the full-time tax preparer, accounting clerk, and bookkeepers in our San Francisco office.

Requirements:

**Preparing individual , partnership, and corporation income tax returns.
**Data entry on QuickBooks software, and Excel spreadsheets, and Tax software.
**Process payroll, prepare and file monthly and quarterly payroll tax and sales tax returns.
**Analyze general ledger and make journal entries.
**Preparing bank reconciliation with QuickBooks software.
**Preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
**Excellent organization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Filing, scanning, emailing, and reviewing tax documents and returns.
**The ability to work with co-workers and clients to maintain excellent client service levels.
**Typing skills and computer skills required. 10 key-by touch.
**Bilingual in English and Chinese required.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour. Depending on experience.
