Discover the Role

Lead and deliver high-quality corporate secretarial services for a portfolio of clients supporting Australia market.

Oversee compliance, manage client relationships, and guide a team to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.



Key Responsibilities
  • Provision of company secretarial services to a range of client companies;
  • Handle full set of company secretarial documents;
  • Responsibility for a client portfolio;
  • Attend client meetings.
  • Assist with management of funds and trusts;
  • Communicate with clients under supervision;
  • Incorporation of Australian Pty Ltd companies as and when requested by clients;
  • Register Foreign Entities with ASIC as and when requested by clients;
  • Prepare and arrange statutory forms for filing;
  • General filing of documents and statutory books;
  • Monitors the renewal of Annual Reviews and Business Name registrations for clients’ companies;
  • Redirect clients’ mails;
  • Update and maintain records/information in systems including CAS database;
  • Follow instructions, processes and procedures;
  • Assist with monthly billing;
  • Assist with Global Compliance requirements for new global clients
  • Ensure mid- year and annual performance review are completed by the due date
  • Assist with Know Your Client (KYC)
  • Attend to timesheets.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required


Key Requirements
  • Completed or working towards completion of Certificate in Business Administration or Legal Studies;
  • Good computer skills and familiar with Viewpoint system or Corporate Secretarial database as an advantage;
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
