Team Leader Constructions

At WSP, we work on the development of structural solutions that contribute to an economical, sustainable and future-proof built environment. As a Structures Team Leader, you combine your professional expertise with leadership and contribute to projects that really make a difference.

• You are both substantively involved in challenging projects and responsible for managing your team.

What will you do?

As a team leader, you ensure direction, connection and motivation within your team, while remaining substantively involved in the projects. Together with your fellow team leaders, you help build and give direction to the further development of the department.

• Designing and calculating structures for large-scale residential and non-residential construction.
• Assessing drawings and designs and conducting substantive consultations with clients and stakeholders.
• Acting as a source of information for juniors and colleagues and guiding them in their development.
• Be technically and financially responsible for projects and work closely with project constructors, modellers and clients.

Your team

You lead a team of approximately 8 colleagues. Together with other WSP locations, you form one strong network. Whether you work in the office or at home: collaboration and connection are key. WSP has an open and collegial atmosphere, with short lines of communication and room for your ideas.

Who are we looking for?

• An experienced structural engineer or project manager with at least 10 years of relevant work experience, who is ready for the next step.
• Someone with knowledge of modern calculation programs and a passion for architectural constructions.
• A natural leader who takes responsibility and enjoys guiding colleagues.
• Enterprising, proactive and a real team player who gets energy from working together and thinking ahead.
