Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Team Leader to join our growing courier operation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and solid driving experience within the New Zealand courier industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of courier drivers
• Perform driving duties as required
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain high safety, compliance, and service standards
• Oversee and manage courier vans and equipment
• Assist with route planning, vehicle checks, and issue resolution

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ driving experience, with at least 3 years in New Zealand
• Full Class 1 NZ Driver Licence (minimum)
• DG (Dangerous Goods) endorsement – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of courier vans and courier operations
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
