Your Role In Action

Be part of our client's team as a B2C Collections Team Leader, where you'll guide and motivate your team to exceed performance targets, foster transparent communication, and ensure compliance. You'll coach, monitor, and support your team while driving efficiency, auditing accounts, and shaping a results-driven, collaborative culture.

Salary: PHP 60,000 +up to Php 20K monthly incentives

The Qualifications We Seek

Leadership & Experience

• At least 5 years of experience as a Collections Team Leader
• Proven background in a BPO environment
• Previous leadership experience with strong people management exposure

Your Daily Tasks

Leadership & Team Management

• Foster a culture of open, honest, and transparent communication
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team
• Motivate and drive the team toward monthly performance targets
• Serve as the primary point of support for team challenges
• Lead coaching sessions and conduct regular team meetings

Performance & Quality Oversight

• Monitor team performance and manage underperformance
• Track, analyze, and report KPI metrics
• Audit customer accounts to ensure accuracy in processing and task completion
