Recruitment at NZ Police is fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding. We’re seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide our Auckland-based team, ensuring stability and delivering high-quality recruitment services that attract top talent to NZ Police.

You’ll lead a team managing bespoke recruitment processes, ensuring consistency, data accuracy, and strong collaboration. This role requires agility, problem-solving, and relationship-building across internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also support the Recruitment Manager with delegated duties and projects.

Utu ā-tau | Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $102,808 and $108,894 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
