Summary of responsibilities:
- Serve as SPOC for all sourcing-related plans and lead the successful implementation of solutions across all sites according to approved company guidelines.
- Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities onsite and offsite; and ensure hiring pipeline is sustained and candidates are progressed on a timely manner.
- Effectively manage the accuracy of sourcing and recruitment related database and systems.
- Oversee demands and sourcing initiatives for BGC site of Infosys
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment regularly as needed and implement existing assessment tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to execute employer branding initiatives
- Monitor and Analyze sourcing metrics such as cost per hire, fill rate and quality of hires
- Prepare and present regular reports on Sourcing performance and suggest improvements
- Strong knowledge of Sourcing techniques and tools
- Familiar with BPO Hiring trends and challenges
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition specifically in Volume Hiring.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience as a team lead.
- Preferably with experience in handling Referral Sourcing channels (Applicant Referral, Employee Referral, Non-Employee Referral)
- Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
- Awareness of hiring trends, talent and technology landscape, understanding hiring plans with multiple segments, and knowledge in project implementation and management.
- Must have strong experience in leading/managing recruitment teams or have successfully worked as an individual contributor in a leadership capacity.
- Knowledge in various sourcing channel is a must and experience in end-to-end recruitment in a BPO/Shared Services environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php44,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
