We are looking for a Team Leader (Waterfall) to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily service operations in Waterfall restaurant
Ensure food and beverage are served in accordance with established standards
Supervise, guide, and support service associates during shifts
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
Maintain mise‑en‑place, cleanliness, and overall presentation of service areas
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and assist in requisition and stock control processes
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and grooming standards
Assist in staff training and on‑the‑job coaching

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant service, preferably in a supervisory role
Prior experience in a hotel or upscale dining environment
Familiarity with hygiene, safety, and service protocols
Strong leadership and communication skills
Guest‑focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
