We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks within our café and grocery store environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café area.
• Support sales efforts by promoting menu items and special offers to customers.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions.
• Perform basic retail math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow during busy periods.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café or grocery store setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer interaction.
• Basic math skills for cash register operations and retail calculations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay: $11.50 - $14.00 per hour
