Technical Account Manager (Nordics)

We're on the lookout for a high-performing, yet humble Technical Account Manager with a strong tech background and interest to play a pivotal role in our rapid expansion within the Nordic market. As one of Europe's fastest-growing companies in the industry, expanding in the Nordics remains a key strategic goal.

As part of the Client Management team, you’ll be responsible for growing our client partnerships as well as initiating long-term collaborations between clients and developers. As our future Technical Account Manager, you’ll focus on the Nordic countries where the demand for skilled developers is growing.

What your week will look like:

  • Lead initial client ‘Intro’ meetings to gain an in-depth understanding of their business and development needs, effectively pitch Proxify, and secure the next steps to matching them with their next developer.
  • Drive deals through the sales funnel once qualified - ensuring speed and quality.
  • Work closely with the Client Engineering team to carefully match the opportunity with the right developer, ensuring their skills and experience are the right fit for client requirements.
  • Close deals, onboard clients and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Continuously contribute to improving our ways of working and increase efficiency and success as we grow and evolve.
  • Directly impact the growth and success of Proxify Inc and its clients by matching them with exceptional candidates and establishing long-term partnerships.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have hands-on experience with technology, such as working as a technical project manager, product manager, developer, or a similar role, ideally within a tech team
  • Have an intrinsic sense of urgency, responsibility and ownership
  • Are passionate about closing the competence gap in tech
  • Possess a curiosity about technological innovations and trends, continually seeking to understand how they can be leveraged to solve real-world problems and improve efficiency
  • Understand how to help a client and guiding them through the customer journey
  • Are not just a talker; you make things happen and pay keen attention to details!
