Purpose of the Job:

The main purpose of the job is to provide technical assistance for product returns from our installer customers and to carry out minor repairs. We require someone with a technical and mechanical aptitude. A basic understanding of electrical systems would be an advantage. The role also involves tracking stock returns with customers and suppliers and maintaining orderly organisation of return items within a busy warehouse.

You will be joining a dynamic and technical team offering excellence in customer support and full training will be provided in order for you to gain a full in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.

Job requirements:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· A technical aptitude

· Practical experience in DIY, electrical work or construction, troubleshooting etc is an advantage

· A genuine interest in the environment and/or renewable energy.

· Proficiency in the use of MS Office, in particular Excel Spreadsheets.

· A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Applicants should be self-motivated and capable of working on their own initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €28,560.85-€34,000.00 per year
