Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Technical Recruiter to source, attract, and hire top IT talent. This role will focus on identifying skilled professionals in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other technology domains. The ideal candidate has experience in IT recruitment, a strong understanding of technical roles, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

Candidate Experience & Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Represent the company at tech meetups, job fairs, and networking events to attract top talent.

Employer Branding & Market Insights

  • Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and attract top IT talent.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Recruitment Process Optimization

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
  • Implement best practices to improve hiring efficiency and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs to optimize sourcing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in IT recruitment, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, cybersecurity) and relevant technologies.
  • Recruitment Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proactiveness: Ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
