Summary:

Incept is seeking a Recruiter to add to our roster of award-winning recruiters. You will be recruiting technical talent for top Fortune 500 companies and other US-Based industry leading organizations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of a robust recruiting program to maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Source passive candidates through job boards, Boolean searches, and professional networks
• Report on key recruiting metrics such as pipeline statistics, diversity goals, time to fill, etc.
• Ensure application of our best practices for interviewing and structured hiring process
• Create requisitions and creative ads

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years of overall recruiting experience
• 1+ years of technical recruiting in the fields of IT modernization, Cloud Implementation, Cybersecurity, or BigData
• Advanced knowledge of Booleans
• Advance sourcing experience
• Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills
• Extremely detail oriented, organized, and able to work alongside Sr. recruiter general supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any Technology related professions (preferred)
