Technical Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team! As part of our team, you will be instrumental in driving our recruitment processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Specialize in recruiting for IT/Technology and Engineering positions.
• Leverage various tools, job boards, and ATS platforms for effective talent sourcing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong understanding and specialization in IT/Technology and Engineering roles.
• Proficient in using ATS platforms and diverse sourcing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A true team player with a collaborative spirit.

Work Set-Up:

• Hybrid setup: Twice a month onsite, primarily work-from-home.
• Location: Ortigas
• Shift: Day Shift
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Role.
• Salary: PHP 25,000-35,000.
