Technical Recruitment Specialist | Bpo Tech

This is 6 Months- Project Based employment: It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a possible of 6 Months .* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 6 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract. Even though you already passed the training period, expect that the US client will still monitor your performance and they can still terminate your contract any time with prior notice.

READ! : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

Also, since you will be supporting US, NO Work No Pay Applies on US company Holidays. If the client announced that the specific date is US Company Holiday and they mentioned that your team has no operations (not allowed to work on that day), you will not be paid for that day.

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , US Company holidays, and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: Technical Recruiter

  • Candidate must be willing to undergo Onsite Interview if needed
  • Willing to undergo 100% ONSITE in Taguig
  • Open to work on a shifting or any shift assigned
  • Willing to undergo 1 month training period (with Pay/salary) - if required for this role

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Graduate of BS/BA degree
  • Amenable to work 100% on site in Taguig (Around BGC)
  • At least 4 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the IT industry sector.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open for project based employment as indicated above
  • Can Start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

  • Kindly provide some roles that you've been processing/recruiting as Technical recruiter.
  • In your technical recruitment experience, have you been hands-on in end to end technical recruitment process: from Job posting, sourcing, paper screening, Collaborating with hiring managers/department heads/clients, Interviewing, talent management, to Offer Management (Managingthe offer process, including negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires)?
  • How many years of total working experience do you have in BPO/International companies, and supporting international clients?
  • Do you have hands-on experience in recruiting for US clients?
  • How much is your Expected Salary: Php Basic Pay / Month? Monthly Salary will be converted into daily rate. We will process your Mandated Benefits and Tax - will be deducted to your salary. We do not provide other Benefits such as Allowances and Incentives. (Benefits are: HMO for employee only, Mandated Benefits, Night Diff, OT pay, Holiday premium pay)
