Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to drive sales growth for power shelf (Data Center) and PSU (Power Supply Unit) of Server System solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen to build relationships, address customer needs, and deliver tailored power solutions for enterprise server environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for server power shelves and PSUs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Technical Consultation:
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure products meet client needs.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in server hardware, power systems, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of power shelf and PSU technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.
- At least 5 years job experience with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Previous or current work experience with power module suppliers such as Delta Electronics, Lite-On, Flex, Artesyn, or related companies is a plus.

Summary
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
