Technical Support Analyst

• Providing IT Technical services to clients and ensuring processes and procedures are aligned to the shared-services delivery model
• Providing operational support of the corporate infrastructure and maintaining various systems with the primary focus
• Providing Amazon,Azure and On-prmises systems setup, installation, configuration and maintenance including hardware, operating systems and applications
• Installing and repairing network infrastructure
• Testing and implementing updates including firmware,system patches and application upgrades
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, application and various IT equipment problems potentially engaging internal or external resources for solving complex problems
• Monitoring overall performance of the IT environment and make recommendations for improvement
• Responding to incidents, requests for service and support, and potentially coordinating resolution with internal or external resources
• Documenting and maintaining current systems, processes, and procedures
• Ensuring that ITIL methodologies including Change, Incident and Problem Management are an aspect of all infrastructure and system support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
