Technical Trainer – Cloud

We are looking for a Technical Trainer – Cloud to design and deliver high-impact training that accelerates cloud adoption and strengthens technical capability across engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams. You will translate complex cloud concepts into practical, hands-on learning experiences and ensure learners can confidently apply skills in real environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training on cloud fundamentals and advanced topics (e.g., compute, networking, storage, security, IAM, monitoring, cost management).
• Create and maintain training materials: slide decks, labs, demos, quizzes, job aids, and playbooks.
• Build hands-on lab environments and scenarios using sandbox accounts, IaC templates, and reference architectures.
• Assess learner readiness through pre/post tests, skills validation, and coaching plans; track training effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders (Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Security, Support, Product) to identify skill gaps and develop learning roadmaps.
• Support onboarding for new hires and enablement for new tools/services; provide “train-the-trainer” sessions when needed.
• Maintain content currency with evolving cloud services, best practices, and internal standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering technical training or enablement in cloud/IT environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP (at least one required).
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to mixed audiences; strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with at least one: Linux/Windows admin, networking basics, scripting (Python/PowerShell), CI/CD, containers.

Nice to Have

• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP Associate/Professional), experience with Kubernetes, Terraform/Bicep/CloudFormation, and LMS/content authoring tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php130,000.00 - Php170,000.00 per month
