1. Performs deposit pick-up and cash delivery services to bank/clients in accordance with the bank/clients agreement and SLA.
2. Performs counting, balancing, and verification of the genuineness of cash against the covering dummy deposit slips before acknowledging receipt thereof.
3. Forwards checks and check deposit slips to bank/client authorized representative.
4. Handles cash and non-cash servicing of bank/clients ATMs in accordance with bank/client agreement and SLA.
5. Identifies and reports operational risks in areas of operation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cash handling: 1 year (Required)
- Banking: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
