About the Role
As a Territory Manager, you’ll build strong relationships with customers across your territory and bring DB’s sales plans to life. You’ll work closely with outlets to support growth, deliver great service, and strengthen long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Deliver sales objectives and execute account plans.
- Grow value and volume across your territory.
- Ensure high in‑store standards and customer satisfaction.
- Launch new products and activate promotions.
- Secure new customers and renew existing agreements.
- Achieve sales and distribution targets.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualification in Business (desired).
- Previous selling experience (1-2 years).
- Proven success as a sales professional in FMCG industry.
- Ability as a coach/mentor.
- Completion of channel specific retail and hospitality training modules, leading to knowledge.
