Territory Sales Representative (B2b Sales - Fuel)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the fuel, industrial or construction industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business relationships, with a focus on businesses that utilize diesel, propane, or other petroleum-based products. This is a pivotal role for our team, and we are looking for someone passionate about sales, customer service, and building lasting partnerships with industrial clients. Someone ready to help us build our market.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prospect and secure new B2B clients in the SF Bay Area, focusing on industries such as construction, transportation, logistics, and other sectors that require diesel and propane delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
  • Engage in face-to-face sales activities, including cold calling, site visits, and presentations, to drive new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target industries, understanding their fuel and operational needs
  • Duties include making consistent sales calls on a specific area of responsibility and customer base
  • Increase market share of assigned territory through developing new business opportunities and maximizing sales potential of existing customers .
  • Update and manage sales activities through CRM software, ensuring accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales processes.
  • Coordinate between customers, customer service, and operations to improve customer/company relations creating a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure all sales documentation, including contracts and forms, are accurately completed and sent to customers in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the fuel, propane, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, with a demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Experience in the petroleum industry or related industry is preferred
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools for managing sales activities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the SF Bay Area to meet with clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary of $50K plus uncapped commission potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
