Job description

We are currently looking to recruit both part-time experienced Bar staff to join our amazing team in The Camden. The ideal candidates would be hard working, and highly motivated legends with a passion for Hospitality and the ability to work late nights.

Specific responsibilities for the Bartender include:

• Maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Hard working, team player with a willingness to learn.
• Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests.
• Engages with guests by making drinks in front of the guest using working flair.
• Knows the menu and how to make appropriate beverages.
• Up-sells guests on drink items when appropriate.
• Keeps a clean, organised bar area.
• Accurately rings up all orders in the POS system while maintaining ability to socialise with guests.
• Builds business by promoting specials and building a regular clientele.

Requirements

• Have the necessary skills and experience to complete the role
• Must be a good English speaker
• Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Must have exceptional customer and personal service standards
• Have a good work ethic and be self-motivated
• Must be friendly and be a great team player
• Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland
• Must be available to work weekends

Salary DOE

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.35-€15.00 per hour
