Responsibilities
- Cooperate with account managers to do a good job in daily merchant maintenance, analyze the growth points of merchants through data analysis, and continuously improve the operational capabilities and output of merchants on the platform.
- Assist in cross-team communication, including collaborating with major promotion and influencer teams to follow up on merchant live broadcasts, be familiar with various processes and links of platform products, and assist in handling various processes such as merchant onboarding and product uploading to promote the optimization of the overall process.
- Follow up on product selection and submission for key special projects and promotional activities, as well as the tracking and analysis of the effects of activities after the events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above. Applicants must be enrolled in their studies for the entire internship duration.
- Available full-time for 6 months, starting from March 2025.
- Must complete the internship in Milan, including in-office attendance.
- English professional proficiency is required
- An interest in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
- Understand the short video and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok and pay attention to the gameplay of content e-commerce.
- Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
- Possess excellent communication skills and good coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Italian for smooth collaboration.
