Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Parts Interpreter.
A Parts Interpreter’s primary responsibility is providing customer service and expanding sales opportunities to existing and potential customers and therefore you need to share the same value as we do in providing outstanding customers service.

What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Analyse existing/potential customer parts needs
- Provide accurate information to customers and internal staff
- Assist with merchandising displays
- Participate in stock takes
- Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Seasonal Saturdays & on-call roster
About you:
- Ability to work Saturdays (roster basis) and outside normal hours during peak seasons
- Be a supportive team player with a can-do attitude and strong customer service values
- Have good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
- Ability to interpret a technical diagram (desired but we can teach you!)
- Experience in a similar role with agricultural machinery or a service background could be advantageous
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
