This role offers loads of variety with the primary responsibility for the role being around the training and delivery of our courses/programmes. You will enjoy being both hands on, as well as interacting with a range of stakeholders within the business.
This role would require regular travel across Australia.

- Delivering various training programmes offered by Hydraulink to its staff, customers, and network partners across Australia.
- Training records management and assisting with administering and further developing Hydraulink’s Learning Management System.
- Assisting with the ongoing development and design of industry leading technical and other general training programmes across all functional areas in accordance with Hydraulink’s Learning and Development Strategy.
- Providing technical assistance and support to Hydraulink staff, its customers, and Network Partners on all technical and product related enquiries.
- Cataloguing and indexing of technical information, production of manuals, and reports.
If you have previous experience experience within the hydraulic hose industry, a great attitude and a real desire to learn - then we can provide the training that you need to be successful in this role.
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience in hydraulic hoses and fittings.
- A confident personality and the ability to build rapport with training participants whilst conducting training programs in a classroom or onsite settings.
- The ability to trouble shoot and assess product performance and warranty issues and develop investigation reports and recommendations.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and administration skills.
- Ability to travel across Australia as required to meet the needs of the business.
