Key Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver/facilitate both simple and complex training programs to global finance staff.
  • Manage all details of participant nominations, enrolment, confirmations, communications, pre/during and post course. • Identify and brief Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)
  • Manage course evaluations, analyse results and share learnings with instructional design team to improve content.
  • Ensure content of each course is regularly updated and reflects all organizational changes.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to assess training needs, evaluate requests for customized training and provide training on demand as needed
  • Leverage communication opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team
  • Utilize existing technology (teams, skype, One Drive, SurveyMonkey, Vimeo) to continually streamline and automate enrolment processes, assessment processes and analytics tools
  • Special projects as requested
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
  • Two-three years’ work experience in a training or related area
  • Effective communication/presentation skills in order to facilitate activities and present information and concepts in a professional and learner focused manner
  • Ability to manage own time and workload across multiple priorities
  • Ability to train cross culturally
  • Ability to apply project management methods and processes to own, define, plan implement and monitor plans/deliverables, resources and quality
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience (4 years). Masters’ preferred.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
  • Able to remain calm, in control and good humored, even under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and embrace change
