About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Training and Development Admin Executive to support our Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. This remote role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage training schedules and calendars for both virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and certifications.
- Support the onboarding process by organizing orientation programs for new hires.
- Monitor and update the learning management system (LMS) with current content and user access.
- Communicate effectively with trainers, department heads, and employees to ensure smooth training operations.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and compile insights for continuous improvement.
- Help research and source external training providers or materials as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks related to training budgets, contracts, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in HR or L&D functions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of tools like Zoom, Canva, or Trello is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
