We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Transformation Lead to drive the growth and success of our plant-based, meat, and PET food & industry business. In this role, you will ensure accelerated and sustainable growth while enhancing our competitive advantage in a rapidly changing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Report out on the strategic growth initiatives and KPI’s set for the ‘plant-based’ platform.
• Drive, shape and define the organizational structure and the ways of working for the ‘plant-based’ platform.
• Get proper systems in place supporting the defined ways of working.
• Set, based on the strategic direction, a cost-effective and efficient organization, including structure, working processes, systems, capabilities and culture, to boost people and business performance.
• Ensure proper communication on introduced as well as intended changes.
• Create a reference work / playbook to provide clarity on the organizational set-up and ways of working of the ‘plant-based’ platform.

• Reward: Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 79,657.76 to € 150,172.15 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

You Bring

• Master’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Operations, Business Management, Finance, Food Science or related areas.
• Significant experience in analyzing and defining process flows.
• Experience in organizational transformation.
• Proven track record of execution excellence and leadership skills.
• Skilled in project and portfolio management.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills in all hierarchical levels.
