Transporter/Pca

• Transport residents to local medical appointments (drop off and pick up). Assist in making some appointments for them.
• Valid N.C. Drivers License required
• When not transporting, assist residents with ADLs, following Shift Assignments & Care Plans.
• Schedule will vary depending on appts and community needs.
• Must be a positive and encouraging team member, and
• Passionate about resident care.
• Contributes to various tasks for 1st shift.
• Must be willing to pass pre-employment drug testing and state required background check as well as having a good driving record.
• Experience with dementia a plus.
• Can visit on site to complete an application
• MUST be dependable
• Salary dependent on experience, certifications, etc
