Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients with accurate and efficient travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals, ground transportation, visa applications, and other travel-related services.
• Understand clients’ travel requirements and maintain complete and accurate booking records.
• Recommend the most suitable travel solutions based on clients’ needs, budgets, and routing preferences.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Handle travel inquiries, amendments, and follow-up requests in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

About you

• You havetravel agent experience
• Relevantskills in GDS Saber etc
• Strong verbaland written communication skills in English
• Solid workingknowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
