About the Role

As a Tutor, you will:

• Deliver engaging English and Maths lessons using provided resources.
• Support students in a small-group setting for better impact.
• Identify learning gaps in students and highlight the developmental areas.
• Monitor and assess student progress.
• Develop personalised strategies to support each student’s learning.
• Foster and collaborate towards a positive, encouraging and inclusive learning environment.

About You

You will have:

• Teaching or tutoring experience in Australia (preferred).
• University students with strong academic results encouraged to apply.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about education and student success.
• Caring, patient and able to connect with children.
• A current valid WWCC (Victoria) (or willingness to obtain one).
