Location: Near 35th Avenue & Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ
Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Pay: $18/hour to start, with a $1 raise after 90 days

About the Position:
United Security, LLC is hiring dependable and professional unarmed security guards for full-time overnight shifts. This position requires stability, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Position Details:

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Schedule: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Must be available to work any night of the week as scheduled
• Starting pay: $18/hour
• $1/hour raise after 90 days of successful employment
• Conduct golf cart patrols of the property and maintain high visibility at all times
• Log all patrols and report abnormalities using Silvertrac
• Observe, document, and report suspicious activity or safety concerns

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona DPS unarmed guard card
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a smartphone (required for Silvertrac app reporting)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Must be stable, highly dependable, and punctual
• Good communication and observation skills
