University Research Associate I

Position: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist

Salary: Php 1,395.68/day (with premium)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least with 15 units in the master's program in education;
• With good written and oral communication skills;
• Has experience in conducting research;
• Competent in data analysis;
• Preferably a graduate in education or related fields in his/her bachelors degree;
• With at least 2 years of work experience;
• Can work under pressure;
• With good work ethics;
• With interest in assessment and research

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.1. Track and document project activities to ensure they align with objectives and timelines.

1.2. Design indicators and metrics to measure project outcomes and impacts.

1.3. Develop a dashboard of the consolidated data of the 13 research outputs.

1.4. Assess project performance through data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

1.5. Prepare detailed M&E reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.

1.6. Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote TEC initiatives through engaging

content, including graphics, videos, and posts.

1.7. Coordinate the deliverables of the data analysts,

1.8. Serve as support to the logistics coordinators and the compliance and quality assurance

specialists, and

1.9. Perform other duties as assigned by the PMT chair and Co-Chair

1.10. Baseline, midline, and endline reports.

1.11. Key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks.

1.12. Periodic M&E reports with findings and recommendations.
