Ups Store Sales Asociate - Notary Public (Certificate Required)

A UPS Store located in the Los Altos Rancho Shopping Center (650 Fremont Ave, Los Altos, CA 94024) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our exceptional team as Staff Members. All applicants must pass a criminal background check. Notary Certificate required.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Providing world-class customer service for every client
• Taking ownership and independently resolving customer satisfaction issues
• Providing consultative service that incorporates upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue and encourage return visits
• Actively selling and mastering production of print service products
• Packing & shipping certification
• Printing, laminating & binding
• Fax & scanning
• Providing notary public service during all business hours
• Becoming a retail expert in all product and service offerings by actively engaging in ongoing training
• Arriving early for every shift and being prepared to help customers immediately upon clocking in for the shift - if you have trouble with punctuality for any reason, please do not apply.

Weekends must be available.

• Working closely with co-workers and managers to ensure a quality customer experience while maximizing revenues for the business

• Keeping store image pristine for corporate compliance

• Continually cleaning and preparing the store for the next round of business

Experience:

• Notary Certificate Preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices expertly and is willing to teach others
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Performs other duties as assigned

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00
