Urgent Hiring: Recruitment Specialist (Entry-Level)

We are seeking an experienced RPO Specialist with a strong background in Human Resources and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and collaborating with various stakeholders to attract and retain top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, along with the ability to effectively implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage HR knowledge to implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• HR background
• Experience in recruitment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
