Us Account Manager

Ebizon Digital is seeking a talented professional in New York to join our team and manage our U.S. sales and account management. Would be responsible for lead qualification, account closure, cross selling and account growthin the U.S. market. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for a seasoned professional looking for a flexible, long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Ebizon Digital's client base in the U.S. market
• Manage existing account relationships and account growth, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Oversee client services, acting as the primary point of contact for U.S. clients
• Collaborate with our India-based team to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client services, with exposure to eCommerce digital marketing
• Strong understanding of the U.S. eCommerce and digital marketing landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools
