Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Clerk to support our accounting team with clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and a high level of accuracy. A background in accounting is preferred, as this role involves handling financial data and updating company systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Charge bank accounts for clients
- Update books and ledgers accurately
- Close accounts receivable
- Maintain and update contract information
- Transfer data from one database to the company’s accounting system
- Ensure all records are accurate and up to date
- Support the accounting team with other clerical tasks as needed
Skills and qualifications – Hard and soft skills:
- College degree in Accounting (preferred)
- Background in accounting (1-2 years of previous experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and data entry skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
