Schedule:

• Monday- Friday
• 8 AM to 5 PM MST or EST Time Zone
• Weekend duty depending on the operational needs.

This role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience who understand complex business environments and can bring a holistic approach to US recruitment and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives with a focus on U.S.-based clients and candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including posting roles, screening, interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Oversee resume management and applicant tracking using Indeed, ensuring high-quality pipelines.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to align talent acquisition with business needs.
• Provide insights on U.S. business culture and market trends to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Train or guide junior recruitment staff to maintain consistent operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in management-level recruitment or operations roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex business environments and teams.
• Deep expertise with Indeed, including advanced posting strategies, resume management, and candidate sourcing.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. business market, culture, and hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing decision-making at senior levels.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and operational processes.
